Forming one inductor

Large integrated inductance is also called power inductance, its emergence is attributed to the development of computer motherboard technology and the development of power technology: The CPU frequency is getting higher and higher, so the requirements for stable power supply and filtering are very high, the integrated inductor solves this problem, it can work for a long time under the condition of high current, and can stable power supply for the CPU, of course, the main role of the inductor is filtering, in this respect, the integrated inductor is not inferior. Good material characteristics and special design make the inductor structure more stable, lower impedance, and therefore have higher efficiency.

There are two kinds of production process, DIP and SMD, and are die-casting molding, large integrated molding inductors have relatively high requirements for powder insulation treatment, most of them use reduced iron powder and carbonyl iron powder, and some use alloy powder.

Production process:

Winding: The copper wire is wound to a fixed shape size (coil) according to the requirements.

Spot welding: Weld the wound coil to the foot of the sheet using current fusion.

Forming: Put the spot-welded material sheet into the mold and use the hydraulic punching machine to wrap the iron powder and press forming.

Sandblasting: The sandblasting machine uses glass sandblasting to punch the surface of the molded product.

Gluing: The surface of the molded product is sprayed with corresponding paint according to customer requirements.

Inkjet: Printing product labels on products according to customer requirements.

Bending foot: Use automatic equipment to remove the excess material sheet of the formed product, bend the end foot flat on the surface of the product.

Test: Use equipment test to test the electrical performance of the product according to customer requirements.

External inspection: Check whether the appearance meets customer requirements.

Tape braiding: According to customer requirements, the qualified finished products will be put into the braiding carrier, which is convenient for end customers to use.

Packing: Put the woven carrier tray into the packing box to meet the transportation requirements and ensure that the product is not damaged.
